CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The check-in is available from 13:00 to 20:00 and check-out by 10:00 am the next day; if you need late check-out please tell us in advance and, if possible, we will try to meet your needs.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast (basic, premium or gold), use of the kitchenette and all other optional services, if included in your offer, will allow you to live in a more autonomy and comfort your stay.

HOUSEKEEPER
The housekeeper cleans the rooms from 10:00 to 13:00; if you have special needs please tell us in advance and we will try to meet your needs.
Please don’t waste towels. If you need clean towels please put only the dirty ones on the floor

PARKING
As for the parking, there is free parking in building courtyard (if available) and free parking on Viale Genoese Zerbi and in the pinewood “Zerbi” just in front of us.
PAYMENT
We are a B&B and we don’t accept credit cards or debit cards: we accept cash only, and payment is due upon arrival if not already paid.
The City Tax has to be paid by cash on arrival too.
